We offer two convenient shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over £50

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every fashion item you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy ensures your shopping experience remains as flawless as our designs.

Important Exceptions: To maintain the highest quality standards, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel (unless faulty). All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our style advisors will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International customers: any customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchange Information

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
